• Analyze market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after areas to maximize sales.
  • Maintain healthy relationship with clients by providing support, information, guidance and recommending new opportunities.
  • Maintain client data and update it in company’s client database.
  • Take periodic client follow-ups, in order to address their concerns/queries (if any) and inform them on new company offers/products.
  • Networking with potential clients to maximize sales.
  • Arrange business meetings with potential clients.
  • Mature sale leads and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Submission of work reports on daily basis.
  • Providing comprehensive / reliable client feedback and sales closing report.
  • Submission of client meeting report along with progress on daily basis.
  • Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
  • Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
  • Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects.
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as payment receipts, forms & contracts.
  • Accompanying clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale.
  • Ad hoc tasks.
  • Any other task assigned by the line manager or department head.
