Responsibilities

The TA Executive role will include Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Employer Branding activities. Below are some tasks you can expect to find on your daily to-do list: 

  • Write and post job ads
  • Source candidates
  • Screen candidates by reviewing job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Partner with the People and Culture Manager and the Hiring Managers to schedule and coordinate on-site or video interviews, as well as manage the employment contract process
  • Detail-oriented, able to work well under pressure, and adhere to fast and changing deadlines.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships in a professional setting.
