Job Purpose: A professional responsible for sourcing, attracting and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company’s long-term goals.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and designing employee’s recruitment & selection process
- Gathering CV’s through different platforms including rozee.pk, LinkedIn, referrals on daily basis.
- Screening applicants for available positions.
- Conduct telephonic interviews.
- Scheduling of interviews both initial and final
- Tagging of files.
- Maintain files of all applicants that are interviewed and are to be interviewed.
- Coordinate with the external vendors for on time and complete background verification of all new joining employees.
- Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
- Managing the onboarding experience.
- Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience as a talent acquisition specialist.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
- Ability to work in a critical environment.
- Exceptional active listening skills.
- Hands-on experience in industry specific recruitment.
- Ability to work as a part of a team.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
