- Provides first class sales by answering any questions the consumer might have about a product.
- Acts as an expert in selling goods to consumers that meet their needs and desires.
- Greeting customers, suggesting items, demonstrating product features, collecting and processing payment, maintaining the clientele informed on new products, and maintaining sales records.
- Provide information regarding prices and after-sales services and ways in which the latter can be obtained
- Assist customers in making decisions regarding suitable purchases based on their specific likes
- Lead customers through the payment process by assisting cashiers with discount information and markdowns.
