The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for CXO They should be well-organized and comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for CXO
  • Minute all the internal and external meetings
  • Collect information from multiple Operational Departments and compile reports in order to ensure timely decisions.
  • Prepare concise presentations for CXO and financial decisions related to operations.
  • Must be able to write concise emails and official letters with clear comprehension while maintaining professional stature
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Masters's Degree in Management focusing on IT/MIS, Project Management/Operations Management etc., with 2-3 years of experience in IT/Teleco Industry.
  • Have strong Business Acumen
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
