Job Title: Network Engineer
We at One Network Private Limited are seeking an energetic, proactive Network Engineer to streamline production under the supervision of our General manager. The Network Engineer is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the operations of a project, division, department, or operating unit within an organization.
Expectations
The candidate should be able to:
1. Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current network.
2. Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP
3. Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation
4. Configuring firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
5. Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
6. Arranging scheduled upgrades
7. Investigating faults in the network
8. Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases
9. Reporting network status to key stakeholders
10. PC Assembling, Windows Setup, Software Setup, Software Troubleshooting, Hardware Troubleshooting.
11. Monitors and also carries out support management activities.
12. Daily Check & Monitoring: All CCTV.
13. Daily Check & Monitor IP for Internet and Web Site.
14. Ensure the smooth working of networks and servers in assigned divisions.
15. Network/Hardware/Software installation and technical Support for all Dept. of head offices.
Requirements
An ideal candidate shall have:
· Bachelor’s degree in telecommunication or computer science-related field OR 5 years work experience.
· Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification required, (Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) preferred).
Technical Competencies:
· Proven experience and success with LAN, WAN, and WLAN design and implementation.
· Proven experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and general network management best practices.
· Expert knowledge of core routing and switching design principles, best practices, and related technologies.
· Experience in implementing and managing voice over IP (VoIP) systems desired.
· Three to Five (3-5) years of experience designing, implementing, managing, and supporting enterprise-level IP networks.
· Excellent hardware troubleshooting experience.
· Extensive application support experience with network monitoring and analysis software,

· Able to conduct research into networking issues and products as required.
· Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
· Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
· Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
· Strong customer service orientation.
· Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Following certifications are desirable:
· CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification is desirable
· Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
· Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
