The “Software Developer” will also be responsible for reprogramming existing databases to improve functionality. The role will include coordinating with the team members responsible for other layers of the application design & infrastructure.
Job Profile
The candidate will be required to test, maintain, and continuously improve our software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency. Along with testing, maintaining, and improving the existing software the potential candidate will write technical documentation, as well as develop and maintain robust web style guides for our experience framework
To ensure success as a “Software Developer the candidate must have a vast and enriched experience. In addition, the candidate must possess strong team management and leadership skills, capable of developing and assigning well-defined, results-oriented deliverables and objectives. The candidate must have experience in full-stack web application development with a variety of languages including but not limited to Python, Flask, Javascript.

The Candidate should be able to:
- Improve functionality of existing systems
- Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
- Integrate user-facing elements into applications
- Develop digital tools to monitor online traffic
- Coordinate with development teams to determine application requirements
- Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
- Integration of user-oriented elements into different applications, data storage solutions
Requirements
An Ideal Candidate shall have:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Full-stack web application development with a variety of languages including but not limited to Python, Flask, Javascript.
- Familiarity with at least one of the modern MVVM frameworks: Vue.js or React
- Knowledge of REST Web Services / APIs
- Good knowledge and experience with SQL (Mysql/SQL Server)
- Experience with source control (GIT)
- Hands-on experience with NGINX, PM2
- Test, maintain, and continuously improve our software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
- Write technical documentation, as well as develop and maintain robust web style guides for our experience framework
- Basic understanding of Front-end Technologies, such as Javascript, HTML 5, and CSS 3
