This is a fully remote role.
We are an established UK design and web agency and we are looking for a super experienced Social Media Marketing Expert who has confidence in organic growth hacking on Instagram, Facebook, Reddit and any other platforms.
- You will be working on an exciting portfolio of different clients, some with zero presence, others with traffic.
- You will be bursting with ideas and enthusiasm on how to engage and grow and ultimately increase conversions.
- You must have a good standard of written English, understand the limitations of organic reach and have confident techniques to build an audience by commenting and engaging on other peoples posts and also contacting micro-influencers via DM to engage and offer incentives to promote products.
- You will also have a good solid understanding of how to navigate FB by engaging on posts and promoting URL's to drive traffic in a way that group admins will not get annoyed.
- Although you will not be required to do any designing of posts as we have a good in-house creative team, you must be able to research trends and come up with post ideas.
