We urgently require experienced Customer Success Agents with EXCELLENT ENGLISH speaking,listening and writing skills.

Having Technical Knowledge of basic Softwares will be preferred.

  • Answer to customer inquiries/communications by way of call and e-mail
  • Having excellent written english to answer to e-mails
  • Having excellent spoken english to communicate with clients on call
  • Manage certain softwares used by the company.

Candidates having prior experience working with foreign clients will be preferrered.

Monday - Friday from 7 p.m till 3 a.m (Night Shift)
