Job Description

We urgently require experienced Customer Success Agents with EXCELLENT ENGLISH speaking,listening and writing skills.

Having Experience in handling Calls is a must.

Having Technical Knowledge of basic Software will be preferred.

  • Answer to customer inquiries/communications by way of call and e-mail
  • Having excellent written English to answer to e-mails
  • Having excellent spoken English to communicate with clients on call
  • Manage certain software used by the company.

Candidates having prior experience working with foreign clients will be preferred.
