Responsibilities:
- Design UX/UI wireframes and mockups for WellnessLiving apps & websites.
- Coordinate with UI/UX design team on improvements, such as navigation, page routing, product page design and more
- Develop mockups for the development and design team
- Collaborate with the design team on adding new components to the design system
- Track usability goals and prepare reports for senior management
- Prepare customer analyses based on target demographic and initial transactions.
- Conduct competitive analyses of other websites that operate in the same space
- Conduct usability tests on each independent type of page on the website
- Work with multiple agile development squads, helping them deliver the User Experience for various aspects of our services
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction Design, Computer Science, or similar field, and/or equivalent industry experience
- HTML and CSS knowledge
- Experience building or using a design system
- Hands on experience working with user researchers to turn findings into design improvements
- Wireframing and Prototyping (e.g. Sketch and InVision or similar).
- Stakeholder workshopping
- Experience fighting the UX corner using evidence and good reasoning.
- Carrying out expert UX reviews and providing guidance for both short-term enhancements and long-term strategy.
- GOOD SPOKEN/WRITTEN ENGLISH IS A MUST!
