- Handling inbound calls and processing customer bookings, reservations and inquiries
- Building relationships with new and existing customers and corporate clients
- Managing travel and journey issues on behalf of our customers via Real time in-house tracking systems and applications
- Case creation for customer complaints
- Achieve and maintain all performance, productivity and quality targets set
- Good command of the English language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate with good keyboard skills
- Call centre and/or customer service experience
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Exceptional Communication Skills in the English Language is mandatory for this role.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Candidates having working knowledge and understanding of Ghost, Icabbi and Cordic will be preferred.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Preference will be given to candidates having:
- Taxi or similar travel booking experience
- Customer service experience
- Working knowledge of any cab dispatch system
- Lived in London for 2-3 years
