- We are looking for a well-spoken Female Marketing Executive to be responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone.
- The responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information and feedback.
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills as well as sales ability.
- You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.
Experience: Real Estate/Call center (1 year plus) Salary:Market based (depends on profile) plus commission
Office Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Duties include
- Initiate Cold calls to arrange prospect for the business.
- Initiate calls to the potential customers and maintain follow up on daily basis.
- Introduce Projects to potential prospects over the calls
- Build a relationship by responding to client’s technical queries
- Work as a team to achieve sales performance targets.
- Maintain database of generated leads and sales pipeline
