Operations Executive would report to Assistant Manager Operations and is responsible to assist in all operational tasks. The key role would be supporting line manager in carrying out backend operational tasks as per locked rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for I.A.M (Individual, Agent & Merchant) onboarding, documentation, and reporting in guidance of line manager.
• Ensuring that all relevant processes and procedures are documented and maintained including any supporting documentation required to enable effective continuation of service.
• Correspond with sales and account management teams for reporting and ad-hoc requests
• Ensuring all relevant Back Office stakeholders have pertinent access to the relevant systems.
• Liaise on with vendors, merchants, agents, and field force on daily requirements for smooth functionality.
• Co-ordinating the production and installation of relevant systems and services.
• Responsible for out and out card related activities.
• Creating tickets for development, bug fixing, troubleshooting and incident reporting for the Back Office.
• Assist in carrying out Back-office Operations, Mobile Wallet registration, Agent/merchant onboarding, payments, and reporting of all internal/external/regulatory bodies (SBP) reports and returns relevant to Back-Office.
• Assist in conducting monthly/quarterly operational compliance, audit, and self-assessment activities to ensure the department is prepared to undertake internal/external/SBP audit.
• Assist in SBP reporting.
• Supporting with the onboarding, implementation, and expansion of the services and products to major and SMEs.
• Assist in development of operational policies and procedures.
• Assist in keeping operational frameworks, and policies up to date in accordance with EMI regulations and SBP requirements.
• Possess basic knowledge of DFS/BB/EMI/FI and their operational needs.
• Responsible for carrying out any other task assigned by line manager on ad-hoc basis.
