At onewood Digital Commerce, we are looking for an experienced and capable Senior Business Analyst to join their team based in Lahore Pakistan. This role is situated within the Digital Commerce/Web Development function, offering someone with previous business analysis experience the opportunity for career development and to take the lead in shaping the business analysis practices of the company.
We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of business analysis elicitation, analysis and specification techniques. The ideal candidate will have a background in business software/web/digital delivery and be self-motivated and delivery oriented. Working across Projects and Change Controls this role will allow the successful candidate to get involved in a range of business initiatives to deliver new features and service enhancements to increase the market share and profitability of Golden Charter.
The key responsibilities of a Senior Business Analyst include, but are not limited to:
•Managing the day-to-day operation of the business analysis function, covering the wide range of initiatives and projects requiring system changes
•Eliciting functional requirements from project stakeholders and business users
•Documenting the processes and procedures with a view to determining how these will continue to operate in the ‘to-be’ system state
•Working closely and managing relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones to a high standard
The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Senior Business Analyst:
•Proven track record of performing Business Analysis activities within a busy business environment with competing priorities
•Knowledge and familiarity of working within the system development lifecycle particularly in a Agile methodology environment
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships, both with internal and external stakeholders
•Questioning attitude, curious about why things are done as they are; and a willingness to learn new skills and be stretched out with your comfort zone
•Resilience, flexibility and excellent attention to detail, able to cope under pressure in a fast moving, dynamic environment
•Strong Microsoft Office skills (ideally including Microsoft Visio)
