We’re looking for an adaptable person, who understands how to provide excellent customer service with a minimum of 4 years of customer service experience. The role will report directly to the Customer Services Supervisor.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service and acting as an ambassador for the company, by ensuring a supportive customer experience that reflects the company’s brand and vision.
  • Providing customer support via email, phone, or social media channels such as Facebook or Instagram
  • Research product details or company policies to answer questions
  • Providing information about products and services including pricing, availability, delivery options, and order status
  • Responding to questions about products, shipping, returns, exchanges, and other topics
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service
  • Liaising with other departments to meet customer demands
  • Handling returns, exchanges, and other customer service issues related to online purchases
  • Contacting eBay and Amazon customer service to optimise account health by dealing with account defects, late delivery rates and negative feedback

Job Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to exceed expectations for a demanding customer base
  • Ability to display clear and positive communication skills
  • Ability to use own initiative and proven track record of having solved problems successfully
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills.
