• Establishing, maintaining and expanding a client base while rightly fulfilling the needs of existing clients business needs
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies and conducting analyses of sales activities against goals by compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Assisting in developing a long-term sustainable business by developing long-term strategic partnerships with customers through superior customer services.
  • Support team in achieving targets by analysing market, sales trends and customers buying behavior.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Ensure all soft KPIs (Calls and Meeting) of team are met.
  • Meet revenue target assigned monthly / quarterly / annually
  • Meet project unit sales target
  • Assign PU targets to team in consultation of SBDM.
  • Maintain average revenue per employee through ensuring productivity of each team member.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with team i.e. daily/weekly/monthly
  • Ensure team attendance and discipline on project sites.
  • Make surprise visits to project sites for proper check and balance.
  • Evaluate calls of his team on set criteria to ensure accurate sales pitch.
  • Support team in closing deals by meeting customers whenever needed.
  • Discover and explore new customer leads by identifying new markets and customer segments. Support team in developing new leads as well.
  • Ensure all documents of Sale are timely submitted to Finance team after clearance of payment from accounts.
  • Responsible for team trainings. Built product knowledge of team, built market know how, sales training, grooming and discipline.
  • Responsible for team building. Build internal pipeline to ensure smooth man power supply as and when required. 40% staff should be on bench all the time.
  • Engage team through frequent team building activities, effective team meetings and communication to ensure improved retention.
  • Manage, control, coach and evaluate the staff. Give them necessary support guide the employee towards optimum performance.
  • Make sure all company policies and procedures are being followed by his team.
