The applicant selected for this position will be responsible for creating, implementing and delivering his/her assigned training sessions (as per the new-hire batch plan) to business affiliates and other relevant teams.
Maintaining up-to-date yearly training calendars and translating requirements into trainings geared towards grooming employees for the next stage of their career cycles.
Working as a communications channel/conduit between the head office and local business units.
Taking trainings-feedback at the end of every session, conducting assessment Centre /runs to scour new hires, and maintaining departmental reports on a monthly basis.
