We are looking for professional candidates for our Customer Support Department. 

  • The candidate should have good comand on speaking and writen English. Its a full time permanent job. 
  • Receive inbound queries and resolve customer conflicts on priority
  • Chase up calls to our existing customer for their complaints and queries
  • Maintain customer accounts and resolve their issues
  • Email reply and making reports of the progress
  • Must be able to handle efficiently back office operations
  • must be adaptive to technology and quick learner to windows applications
