We are seeking a creative and motivated Instructional Designer Fellow to join our remote team for a 6-month fellowship. This role is perfect for individuals eager to apply instructional design strategies to real-world educational projects and contribute to the digital advancement of Pakistan’s learning ecosystem. The fellow will work closely with subject matter experts and multimedia teams to design, develop, and deliver interactive and impactful e-learning courses.

Key Responsibilities
- Learning Experience Design: Apply instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE and SAM to create engaging courses, establish clear learning objectives, and develop effective assessments.
- Storyboarding & Prototyping: Create detailed storyboards and prototypes for interactive learning modules, videos, and other digital educational content.
- Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform raw content into clear, well-organized, and learner-centered educational materials.
- Multimedia Integration: Incorporate visuals, graphics, audio, and video elements to enhance learner engagement and comprehension.
- LMS Management: Upload, organize, and test course materials within Learning Management Systems to ensure smooth access and functionality for learners.
- Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Gather learner feedback and analyze performance data to continuously improve course quality and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Educational Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of instructional design models, learning principles, and adult learning theories.
- Practical experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging and accessible learning content.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with graphic design or video editing tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines, including WCAG standards.
- A portfolio showcasing previous e-learning or instructional design projects.

This fellowship offers practical experience working on meaningful e-learning initiatives, mentorship from experienced instructional design professionals, and the flexibility of a fully remote position with adaptable working hours. Participants will gain a strong foundation in learning design and educational technology. Upon successful completion, fellows will receive a certificate recognizing their achievement.
