• Prepare Company HR Policies
  • Enuring to recruit talent as per company recruitment policy. Major emphasis on Mindset.
  • Enuring HR documentation.
  • Employee Compensation and Benefits issues.
  • Preparing and updating Job Descriptions, Position Profiles and Competency Profiles.
  • Maintain Performance Management System mechanism and follow its compliance as per defined procedures/timelines.
  • Conducting in-house training/culture sessions and coordination with training institutes for outsourced training programs.
  • Dealing with Social Security and EOBI matters in liaison with Industrial Relations Department.
  • Upkeep and follow up in insurance claims of life & health insurance, mobile insurance and laptop insurance.
  • Ensure all requirements of Full & Final settlements followed till the payment of dues to the concerned.
