- Monitor sales by maintaining and expanding customer base; manage sales force in the assigned territory
- Identify new areas with business opportunities and develop them
- Responsible to achieve Sales targets for Primary & Secondary respectively

- Motivate and support to the distributor’s sales team to achieve SKUs wise targets
- Conduct effective market Intelligence on regular basis
- Guide team & set the KPI’s as per company standards
- Coordinate with all related departments within head office and region areas
