- Risk assessment and highlight week area and advise controls, eliminate/ minimize hazards and keeping risks acceptable level
- Audit and inspection of firefighting equipments, emergency lights, Electrician DBs, PTW, PPEs, First Aid box and other E&HS related equipment
- Manager contractor safety at plant and manage of contractor staff training
- Ensure E&HS related equipments are in satisfactory working condition all the time and share the observation(s), if any, to his supervisor
- Support EHS manager in implimentation in BBS
- Report unsafe act and condition and or hazardous situation , NM, and activity if any that have potential of work-related accident
- Collect E&HS related data from department(s), generate report and share with his supervisor for improvement
- Evaluate and cross check work permit, BBS,LMRA compliance and recommend appropriate control(s) and audit of activity
- Support his supervisor to implement safety procedures at plant
- Support his supervisor in the execution of yearly E&HS equipment maintenance plan
- Consult his supervisor in selecting, usage, maintenance and testing of PPEs.
- Ensure that applicable PPEs are used properly in identified area(s)
