• Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving the level 1 and Level 2 issues in computer hardware and software.
  • Installing and upgrading hardware and software and providing complete assistance while configuring
  • Hardware’s, software, and peripherals of the end-user systems.
  • Providing one on one assistance to the end-user regarding the technical flaw, either by phone, mail, or in person.
  • Providing support of mobile, wireless devices and network-attached.
  • Providing end-user support through remote such as Bomgar and SCCM applications.
  • Create User authentications; assign relevant T-Codes & group profiles to concerned department’s users in ERP.
  • Address end-user ERP problems and coordinate with ERP consultant to resolve end-user problems ASAP.
  • Setting up new users 0ffice365 accounts & create profiles, Groups, and Computers, including account setup and Password reset service.
  • Monitor the Network Equipment of both locations via SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor (NPM).
  • Inform Global Network Team if any issue is observed in Network Equipment (Firewall, Switches, ISPs Link, WLC and APs).
  • Following up and resolving the complaints and service requests of users through the services desk.
  • Coordinate with Central IT Team, QMS Team and BI/BA Team for the proper rectification of users’ issues.
  • Perform upgrades and additions to cabling infrastructure in order to increase functionality and usability.
  • Identifying, designing and Supervising the new project or deployment assigned by IT Manager.
  • Responsible for maintaining IT assets of all users active and non-active.
  • Updating the inventory of all network equipment’s active and non-active in Cloud-Based application (Lansweeper).
  • Install, repair and maintains IP telephony system, PABX and Gateway.
  • Managing and maintaining the network-enabled cameras installed at Head Office and Plant side.
  • Design, specify, configure, and install CCTV systems and maintained NVRs.
