- Logistic coordinator is responsible for coordinating the storage, transportation and delivery of goods at Lahore warehouse and Plant.
- Logistic coordinator is responsible for all institutional order processing and refill the stock to distributor.
- Logistic coordinator oversees and liaises with a colleague to ensure stock is maintained and moved efficiently.
- Responsible for stock monitoring and counting on a monthly and yearly basis
- Verification of shipments/receiving SKU-wise at the time of order processing.
- Overall maintenance & housekeeping of his work area.
- Monitor the transportation outsources labor activities closely and provide feedback for improvement.
- Prepare Daily Activity Report for Logistic and CS Specialist.
- Accountable to report for any discrepancies and damages during in transit from Factory to Customer.
- Responsible for the upkeep and safety of the Storage System.
- Regularly search for saving on transportation and warehousing.
- Ensure implementation of recommendations received from Quality.
- Ensure complete understanding of customer delivery requirement to reach sustainable customer satisfaction.
- Preparing slots, arranging transported for IMTs, LMTs and distributors dispatches
- Taking sales return if received stock back for IMT deliveries.
- Helping to finance for invoice payments and tracking.
- Handling GRN of IMTs and LMT deliveries.
- Follow up the container till the Customer end.
- Updating Business Flow with day-to-day entries.
- Working on Promotion activity for IMTs and LMTs.
