We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and to support daily activities of our HR department.

Job Description

  • Duty and responsibility of HR Intern is:
  • Preparing HR-related reports as needed
  • Addressing employee queries about benefits
  • Participating in organizing company events and career days
  • Responsible for maintaining satisfied clients by delivering assistance and administrative support to HR generalists and consultants on various projects
  • Openly share new ideas and information with other team members
  • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
  • Assisting the Human Resources Department in day-to-day operations
  • Handling all office administration duties such as faxes, mail, phones, photocopying and office supplies
  • Scheduling and arranging appointments as required
  • Responsible for making meeting and travel arrangements
  • Handling client requests through responsiveness, follow-up and escalation
  • Conducting inductions of new staff
  • Participating in the collection of market salary information for the annual review
