Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 15 data engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring project milestones are met on schedule.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and integration across diverse data sources.
- Implement and optimize ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely data availability within data warehouses.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies to maintain data quality, security, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
- Deploy and manage cloud-based data platforms, ensuring high availability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Apply data modeling techniques to support analytical needs and facilitate easy data accessibility.
- Utilize big data technologies to process and analyze large datasets, improving data-driven decision-making.
- Manage workflow orchestration tools to automate and monitor data processing pipelines.
