What the Role is:

To help customers with complaints and questions, provide product information and help customers understand the product details. Also, rectify issues being experienced by individual customers as well as aim to improve the organization's overall customer satisfaction ratings.'

What You will do 

* Acting as a liaison between Openport and its customers.

* Knowing all our products inside and out.

* Understanding and troubleshooting customer queries promptly.

* Responsible for carrying out prospect calling.

* Examining and identifying competition within the industry.

* Building long term connections on behalf of Openport.

* Obtaining and maintaining feedback from customers.

* Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and responses.

* Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
