* Acting as a liaison between Openport and its customers.
* Knowing all our products inside and out.
* Understanding and troubleshooting customer queries promptly.
* Responsible for carrying out prospect calling.
* Examining and identifying competition within the industry.
* Building long term connections on behalf of Openport.
* Obtaining and maintaining feedback from customers.
* Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and responses.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
