- Responsible for production management, quality and quantity to complete production tasks.
- Responsible for the development of production department rules and regulations, workflow.
- Responsible for the development and management of workshop site 6S standards
- Responsible for safety production management to ensure personal and equipment safety during production operation.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years production management experience in large and medium-sized factories (with 1000 employees).
- Rich knowledge and experience in production management, supply chain management, cost control, quality management and safety management.
- Outgoing personality, good organization, and coordination and communication skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills, teamwork skills, planning and execution skills, responsible for work and result oriented.
Professional skills:
- Familiar with ISO, 36S and other production site management requirements, proficient in lean production, equipment maintenance, production safety management process.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electronic, automation or related is preferred.
