A continental Restaurant is looking for Head Chef (Recipe based)
Requirements:
· Must be High school graduate
· Must have prior relevant experience in same/ similar position (2-3 years)
· Plan and supervise activities of kitchen staff
· Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
· Provide Final touch to prepared plates
· Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.
· Follow specific recipes for preparing menu platter items
· Work well under pressure and within the time limit.
· Help lead and inspire our kitchen staff with the restaurant manager.
· Assist in HR, Purchasing and restaurant operations related activities
Candidates will be preferred from Rawalpindi
