Job Responsibilities
- Must be aware of maintaining the company’s hiring structure by updating all required jobs and descriptions for required positions.
- Arranging and conducting interviews, recruiting, conducting training sessions with newly hired staff and training them for respective jobs accordingly.
- Should be familiar to implement company’s policies, managing AMS, maintaining discipline in office, taking care of rules and regulations.
- Should be able to create ads, posting jobs, arranging and conducting on-job training sessions.
- Able to work on payroll information by collecting time and attendance records for every individual
- Maintaining employee's confidence and protecting operations by keeping HRinformation confidential.
- Maintains quality service by maintaining and following organization standards.
- Able to Work for the Company's Growth.
- Building Relationship with HR
- Any relevant task can be assigned additionally.
- Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Must be eligible to work on interpersonal and analytical skills
- Must have good time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline.
- Must have good focused online searching skills.
