1. Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  2. Greet and welcome clients and direct them to relevant persons.
  3. Get feedback from walk-in clients.
  4. Answer questions and address complaints
  5. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  6. Make calls to clients and get feedback on sales team services.
  7. Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  8. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  9. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  10. Keep updated records and files
  11. Monitor office expenses and costs
  12. Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
