We at Opulux Services are looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to work on our new launched outbound and inbound campaign.

Requirements:

  • Carrying out support related activities for our online E-commerce Websites.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer and interactive communication.
  • Work with social media team for advertising on Facebook and other social media platforms.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Handling Social Media Customers.

Candidate must have:

  • Good writing and communications skills (Mandatory).
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Should be target oriented and punctual.
