Responsibilities:
· Development and implementation of HR Policies, Procedures in the Human Resource Manual
· Managing organization wide recruitment and selection function
· Implementation of the Performance management system and facilitate on annual performance appraisals and salary review exercise
· Responsible for Human Resource training and development function
· Manage the payroll and ensure the smooth execution of the HRIS
· Provide timely and efficient HR services
· Monitoring the Time & Attendance and Employees personal records
· Responsible for Industrial Relations i.e. EOBI, PESSI and Labor department
