We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Consultant to provide comprehensive support for Oracle ERP modules, specifically Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Human Resource Management System (HRMS). The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business users to gather requirements, configure systems, and develop customized solutions using Oracle development tools. This role involves troubleshooting, optimizing processes, managing system upgrades, integrating with other applications, and conducting thorough testing to ensure smooth and efficient ERP operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end techno-functional support for Oracle ERP modules, including SCM and HRMS.
- Work with business stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements, translating them into effective system configurations and customizations.
- Develop tailored solutions using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflows to address specific business needs.
- Partner with functional users to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and enhance system performance and business processes.
- Oversee system upgrades, manage integrations with other software applications, and perform rigorous testing to maintain system stability and functionality.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.
- Strong hands-on skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle development tools such as Forms, Reports, and Workflows.
- Solid understanding of finance and supply chain business processes to align technical solutions with organizational goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex issues and improve processes.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical teams and business users.
