Orange System Solutions is currently seeking talented tele sales representatives to join our dynamic team. As a tele sales representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for our company.
In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone and communicating the value of our products and services. You will need to be able to build strong relationships with customers and understand their unique needs, while also achieving sales targets and KPIs.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. You should have a proven track record in sales, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changes quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential customers via phone calls and emails
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Identify and understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in tele sales or other sales-related roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
- Intermediate to Bachelors
