As a Jr.Project Manager you can expect your day-to-day responsibilities at different levels to include understanding of the following:
1. Assist the Project Manager and Senior Project manager in developing, tracking, updating, and writing reports on project progress to stakeholders
2. Facilitate active project team and cross-functional interactions.
3.To ensure that project is governed and operated within agreed policies and procedures.
4. Prepare complex reports with vital project information.
5. Attend team meetings to record action items and next steps.
6. Adapt different approaches depending on project requirements.
7. Work closely with project team leaders, cross functional team members and functional leadership.
8. Aligning the outputs of the Projects with its de ned deadline and actively communicating the deadline across the team.
9. Support the Senior Project Manager and other project Teams Members as an active contributing project team member by resolving technical and project issues
Essential Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical related eld.
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups
3. Capability to produce content on time, with attention to detail, and an emphasis on identifying and pitching to a target audience
4. Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualification
1. Familiarity with Microsoft applications
2. Basic Understanding of tools like Jira and Con uence.
3. Willingness to learn and develop project management skills Experience Fresh graduate or 1+ years' experience in similar job pro le
