- Provide project specific information to all walk- ins/inbounds and explain project features.
- Develop and deliver pitches for potential investors
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
- Arrangements for presentations and distribution of supporting documents to Clients
- Convert walk-ins/inbounds to customers and complete the required sales documentation
- Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
- Cold calling clients and pitching them the projects
- Increase business by following up on potential leads
- Provide reports to management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM system
- Maintain relationships with clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals
