JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate sales leads by searching and analyzing data.
- Assistance in managing the meeting schedules and preparation of tracking sheets for business development activity.
- Maintaining the database of prospects and clients information for departmental use.
- Day to day coordination with clients.
- Preparation of proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Meeting prospects and clients for presenting proposals and required solution.
- Assisting the Management to prepare cost proposal by analyzing business volume and clients budgets
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Self-motivated attitude on working and should not require constant handholding for tasks management and performance.
- Good Communication skills, particularly in written correspondence with prospects and clients.
- Ability to deliver power point Presentation to higher level corporate audience.
- Excellent skills in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel Sheets.
- Ability to work in team and independently and meeting the deadlines
- Ability to analyze large set of data with accuracy
- Ability to work in pressure situations with tight deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations at the last moment
