We are looking for a qualified Community manager to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in customer handling, social media, PR and promotional campaigns, we would like to meet you.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our customers.  

The primary role of this person is to serve as the point of contact for customers and stakeholders.

Community Manager will also collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to learn more about the product they’re selling and to better understand the needs and goals of consumers. They’ll use this information to create targeted campaigns and build relationships with customers. After publishing campaigns, Community Managers will monitor the results and adjust their marketing efforts accordingly.

Once hired, the Community Manager will have these responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls and provide daily schedules to riders
  • Execute a results-driven social media strategy.
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms - blog, Facebook page, Instagram page, monthly newsletters and/or promotional videos.
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Provide customer feedback to the management and stakeholders.Researching customer preferences and discover current trends
  • Plan and execute community initiatives and programs.
  • Generate sales and meet sales targets from social media campaigns.
  • Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products.
  • Participate in social events, corporate events and workshops.
