- Manage day to day operations of accounts related matters.
- Maintain books of account for business operations in accordance with GAAP, Govt. laws and company policy.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of periodic management accounts.
- Preparation and finalization of quarterly and annual statutory accounts.
- Ensure compliance to Income tax and Sales tax laws, Rules & regulation on all business transactions.
- Providing timely data and information for tax audits and assessment proceedings.
- Maintain financial & accounting data’s security by establishing internal checks and controls in business operations.
- Ensure completeness, correctness and accuracy of data for accounting purposes.
- Supervision of accounts department staff and providing leadership.
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions where necessary.
- Monitoring revenue and expenses, coordinating the collection, consolidation and evaluation of financial data and preparing reports.
- Analyzing financial data and preparing specific reports for management reviews.
- Manage and lead the Accounts department in all matters related to accounts and work in liaison with related departments.
