  • Respond to technical issues regarding VoIP, High-Speed Internet, and IPTV systems via phone, Email, online chat
  • Escalate technical issues.
  • Develop a strong understanding of company products and procedures.
  • Energetic with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong verbal, written and listening in English.

Benefits: 35k to 70k basic salary plus commission.
