Responsibilities:

  • Possess In-depth knowledge of implementation, testing of SAP  HR payroll systems and applications.
  • Expertise in personnel administration, personnel development, personnel time management,
  • Provide support to the management to identify data mapping, execute system enhancement, and maintain pay scale level structure.
  • Efficiently  supervise payroll, time data, payment and deductions, schemas, and functions; calculate rules internal tables, cumulative storage, deductions, taxes, benefits integration and off cycle payroll.
  • Resolves Issues faced by SAP User on day to day basis
  • Develop & Implement business Process
  • To ensure all related activities are carried out accordingly
  • Takes initiative in resolving the concerns of End-Users
  • Coordinates with external departments  to resolve their day to day concerns in an effective and efficient manner

Skills:
