Key Responsibilities:
• SAP based end to end Payroll processing of permanent and contractual employees
• Creating ad-hoc reports & analytics.
• Analyzing HR data. • Experience in SAP with HR reporting & Analytics.
• Collecting and maintaining attendance records for payroll and disciplinary requirements.
• To make HR related reports on daily or weekly basis.
• Ledger posting with respect to salary, wages, overtime and other relevant payments
• Timely preparation of final settlement amount for resigned employees.
