Job Description

  • Arrange sample of items as per user requirement and get approval from user.
  • Arrange material from approved sources as per purchase order
  • Arrange the resources for manufactured items in market
  • Prepare route of daily purchase and get approval from Manager
  • Handover material to IGP officer along with its purchase order and delivery chalan
  • Do the follow up of material received and resolve the issue related to quality and GRN
  • Arrange invoices or bills of market items
  • Do the survey of market and arrange new sources of regular purchased items
  • Make the list of regular purchased items and arrange monthly quotation of those items
