  • Keeps in touch with all service activity and driver of CS regarding the repaired units which were lifted for repairing so that timely delivery of the same can be done accordingly
  • Provides regular and helpful guidelines to outdoor & indoor technicians on each complaint
  • Monitoring of Field Complaints and Daily  Workshop & Aging Reports
  • Resolution of Issues/Complaints  and Special Tasks
