Zonal Sales Manager

Cities: Peshawar, Faisalabad, Gujranwala

Shift: Day Shift – Permanent Job

Qualification: Graduation/ Masters preferably MBA

Experience:  7 years – 10 years’ experience required preferably in Electronics, FMCG & Telecommunication sector.

Age: 30 to 50 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all issues in the domain of Sales (order, billing, collection and resolution of disputes), Marketing (brand communication & promotional scheme etc.) & administrative issues related to zone and major customers portfolio.
  • Facilitate the Branch Managers in zone to create a sales and distribution network of markets and customers with demand of company product portfolio.
  • Ensure that process of finding scrutinizing, appointing, and managing dealers is executed properly and is resulting in achievement of targets set.
  • Building strong and long lasting relationship with high volume dealers in zone to facilitate the achievement of branches and zone level targets.
  • Analyze the Branch, Dealer, Product & Area-wise annual budgets for branch sales and formulate the forecast if same can be implemented or not.
  • Recording, Analyzing and Reporting segment wise market sales, growth and making the action plans for respective branches and sales teams on daily, weekly and monthly basis for the zone
  • Coordination with Zone Sales Teams on daily basis to discuss Sales and Collection targets and achievements and provide future action course.
  • Compile and analyze Monthly Sales Reports received from Branch Managers & Sales Teams providing analysis of actual sales compared to budgeted sales based on the sales figures and forward to Regional Sales Manager for review.
  • Gather updates on competitor activities and market intelligence in branches of the Zone for reporting to regional Managers at head office with proposed action plan or counter measures.
  • Train and develop human resource and prepare career plans for the Branch Managers and teams.
  • Handle government and administrative authorities related issues for smooth business operations in zone.
  • Vigilant follow up of monthly sales targets deduced from the approved annual budget by monitoring actual sales on a daily basis and in event of any deviations from targeted sales, determine reasons and devise strategies to overcome the situation.
  • Monitor receivable of all credit clients to ensure that customers do not exceed their assigned credit limits and make continuous and prompt payments
  • Keep abreast of what competitors are doing. Conduct surveys of existing & potential markets/branches to increase market share and identify potential dealers, introduce existing products in new areas/markets. Share customer and market information with relevant departments and Regional Managers
  • Be involved with identification of new business opportunities and the development of marketing strategies.
