- Oversees and manages the overall E-commerce supply chain operations.
- Implement Warehouse Techniques to manage Stock Accuracy.
- Ensures that department milestones/goals are met.
- Tracking All Customers order until the final point of delivery.
- Coordinating with 3PL for daily pick up & Return Orders.
- Manage All packaging stock and arrange Packaging timely.
- Ensure 5’s in department.
- Collaborate with the Customer services regarding challenges for high-priority orders and create an action plan to resolve issues on priority shipments.
- Control Supply chain documentation including load sheets, Delivery Challan & Gate passes.
