IdeasUnlimited is hiring international call centre executives for its' call centre located at Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi.
JOB DUTIES:
- Phone support (US customers)
- Email support
- Chat support
- Order processing and back-end support
Shift timing: We only have night shift available right now and the timing is 9 pm till 6 am Karachi time with one hour break, Monday to Friday.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent English (you will need to have advanced fluency in the English language to be able to work in this position).
- High School or Bachelors degree
- Serious and professional attitude
Package:
- 45k base
- 5k transportation allowance
- 12 paid annual leaves
